A different way to enjoy traditional tallow balm.

Our Vanilla Bean Tallow Balm Dots are small, solid portions of our moisturising vanilla-infused balm. Simply remove a dot, or part of one, warm it between your hands and massage the softened balm into your skin.

Handmade in Tasmania using grass-fed Tasmanian beef tallow, jojoba oil and whole vanilla beans grown on Queensland’s Cassowary Coast, the dots soften readily with body warmth and spread smoothly across the skin.

The tallow is slowly infused with real vanilla beans, allowing their gentle natural aroma and distinctive character to develop through the balm. No synthetic vanilla fragrance is added, so the scent is soft, subtle and naturally derived rather than strong or perfume-like.

The solid dot format is convenient to handle and makes it easy to remove a small amount from the jar without scooping into the balm. Use them on the hands, body or anywhere your skin needs a little extra moisture.

How Do Balm Dots Work?

The dots remain firm at normal cool room temperatures but soften when warmed between the hands.

Their small shape makes it easy to remove balm from the jar without placing your fingers into a larger pot of soft balm. The dots are not measured single-use doses, you may need only part of a dot for your hands or more than one for a larger area of the body.

Because this is a natural tallow product, the firmness of the dots may change with the temperature. This is normal and does not affect their use.

Key Ingredients

Grass-Fed Tasmanian Beef Tallow

A traditional moisturising ingredient used to soften the skin and reduce the dry, tight feeling that can follow frequent washing, cold weather or everyday exposure.

Cassowary Coast Vanilla Beans

Whole vanilla beans grown in Queensland and slowly infused through the tallow. This traditional process gives the balm dots their soft, naturally derived vanilla aroma.

Because the scent comes from real vanilla beans rather than synthetic fragrance, it is intentionally subtle and may vary slightly between small batches.

Fine vanilla-bean specks may remain visible in some dots. These are a natural result of using real vanilla beans.

Jojoba Oil

A lightweight liquid wax that improves spread ability and helps the softened balm glide smoothly across the skin.

How to Use

Remove one balm dot from the jar. For a smaller application, break or pinch off part of a dot.

Warm it between your palms or fingertips until it begins to soften and melt.

Massage the balm into clean, dry or slightly damp skin until evenly distributed.

Begin with a small amount. More can always be added if required.

Ingredients

Beef Tallow, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Vanilla Planifolia Bean.
